The whole concept of “Mouthpiece” does not make any sense because a woman can assess a man's attractiveness just by looking at him.

My family has a vacation home in DR and there are Dominicans who have businesses in Haiti.

There are Haitians and Dominicans who are married to each other, etc etc

The average Haitian/Dominican has no real beef... just regular folks minding their business.

Yeah you said it again but that is not the case from what I have seen from people from the Dom Rep (last 15 years) and alao while I was in the Dom Rep itself.

Those tend to be people who hold nationalist sentiment.

I am talking about broad based patterns and a widespread issue. A significant portion of the dom rep population is racist against haitians. Some because they are haitian. some because they are assumed to be trouble/poor/illegal and some just because they are generally darker.

From what I'm being told they are targeting totally illegal street hustlers not Haitians with jobs and ID cards.

That being said it's fukked up to send anyone to Haiti under the conditions that exist today. The Canadan Government basically said that Micheal Martelly clipped his successor and is a Drug lord.

But also the US Government is sending Haitians back too so it's a Pot meet Kettle situation.
