Edit: it should be aluminum -- question: why can't you use a tap to cut new threads in the holes? It should be 12 or 14 mm bolts with either a 1.25 or 1.5 thread pitch. Do you have the old bolts?

2001. Smh, yeah brothers gone laff but shyt could easily turn another 50k miles, I'd sink a few more bucks to achieve that in reason. But something as simple as mounting a starter might have this shyt in a scrap yard very soon, that fukks me up. Obv no resale value, but trying to delay an eventual replacement. Doubt I'll get a drill in there and can't turn a tap without a socket wrench adapter (I'm sure they gotta exist) but the wrench in the kit too big

Yeah they're 10m - 1.25 thread holes (14m heads), but prior work done to it, fukks put in 1.5 thread bolts. Threads are shot all around gotta go a size up or do a helicoil which is also drill/tapping a size up.

Appreciate your input all the same. Probably time to let it go

If you have a residence in Nevada or AZ register your car there and tint that bytch the fukk out.. Cali cops can’t do shyt about it… When I had my model X blacked out and tinted out dark I was in LA with it with NY plates.. Got stopped by LASD and they asked why my tints are so dark.. I told him I’m just visiting and he said I didn’t answer his question and I told him frankly I really to have to answer why I’m not a resident of California and left it at that… Mans was mad as fukk lmaoo

I'm almost in the 'Tesla-Hater' category due to how overhyped their cars are. I was holding out for a Mach-e or Kia EV6, but at $53k, I'm going to go test drive a Model 3 Performance this week.
