I never understood this about soccer.. how do they determine when the game is over? the clock is stopped. but they still playing

Referee's appreciation. 90 minutes is the normal time.
A sub means 30 added seconds so 6 subs means a minimum of 3 minutes added time of the 90 minutes. Matuidi was injured a bit so there was time too here, let's say 1 minute more. I can't understand the two more minutes but it's all good. It's over
