You can make it sound nice but African Americans (everyone really) are fleeing chicago and other northern cities for cheaper, warmer locales

You asked me a question and then you told me what the answer was.
And then you gave me the wrong answer. Hispanics and Asians are not leaving Chicago; in fact their populations are growing. White people have actually been moving into the City of Chicago or in the collar counties surrounding it. The largest single group leaving the City and the State of Illinois are Black people.

Walking through Hyde Park for the first time this weekend really blew this Wisconsinites mind.
Lots of diversity and successful black-owned businesses.
Seeing shyt like this marked as historical monuments.

Go to Bronzeville. You should see other testaments to Black excellence. Also hit up the DuSable Museum down in Hyde Park.
