What is it about this particular variation of the n-word that has thecoli upset?

It's it becasue Gen Z is doing it ? It's not like black people using the n-word is some new thing.

What they say? Some shít like "WE TOOKEDED IT & MADE IT OUR OWN!!!"

:mjlol:

Lol “it’s just a word” but I rarely use the n word too. Sometimes on this, rarely in convo and never in my music. But I was told just cause I don’t don’t mean I should expect it from others which is true.

People hate the terms king and queen but I rather that lol and I’m not a hotep

This term specifically was made with a negative connotation and was first being used for crashouts and perc heads then white people and others started using the abbreviation and now it’s being used to substitute little black boys regardless of what they’re doing

Whatever you told/tell yourself...making the word our own, term of endearment or whatever other lie...children don't see context. They will take it verbatim and accept it as normal.

I was passing out candy this past Halloween and 4 white kids came by to get some. They were wearing dikkies and wife beaters.

I'm like, "who are y'all supposed to be?" :comeon:

White kids: "We're YNs" :troll: :mjpls:

Was the original n word made with a positive connotation?

Was the original n word not used to pathologize and denigrate black people regardless of what they were doing?

Genie's been out of the bottle for decades.

But it's easier for:flabbynsick: nikkas to act brand new and point fingers at "YNs" instead of reflecting on the role their generation and the ones before them played in things being the way they are now.

Guaranteed most the people complaining about the term YN got the word nikka all up in they post history.

You’re complaining about them using derogatory terms by calling them derogatory terms

It had nothing to do with gen z. Maybe to you but not me. When you know better you do better right? All because of reflection correct?

Or should people just be flabby and not care
