I mean this seems like common sense
Agreed. One thing it fails to address, I think, is that it would benefit all of society.
This study still maintains the idea that the only people who have a stake in increased education spending are those with children in, or about to be in school.
The idea that smarter citizens makes the country better for everyone seems to be elusive for many.

Its good that these teachers are fighting it now because the 1% and GOP were going to start pushing for the removal of government involvement in schools.

The kids school week is only Monday thru Thursday. That's a 3 day weekend every week.
