I'm not saying there aren't people that sees it that way but what I'm saying is, if I ask the first christian I come across to explain to me how people existed before god(jesus), they wouldn't be able to give me an answer w/o going to another god explaining how this can happen. If I asked a muslim this same question he/she can show that he/she believes in one god because they don't believe Allah is a person.

Now, on topic. Islam and Christianity will always somewhat be at odds dude to the split of Abraham's sons Issac and Ishmael. However, there is more of a dialogue occurring between the two in America at least...i contribute that to the power of Generation Y and their willingness to discourse and look at things objectively.
I am a Christian but I understand and also accept that Muhammad existed and his teachings live on through Islam, that's really the important part. But im also aware that the messages of God have come through humans as well. Jesus had his disciples and his disciples were flawed even if he was not. No one has it down 100% perfectly...

Islam brought Europe out of the dark ages, spawning the Renaissance and setting the stage for the entire scientific revolution that you are supposedly representing. Muslims are commanded to study the natural world. This is why it's no surprise Islam has made so many contributions to the fields of mathematics, science and medicine.

Back on topic. I don't believe blindly. I would argue that you disbelieve blindly. There are signs of God all around you yet you choose not to notice. So who is the blind one?

You speak of the Qur'an as if you've read it and thus earned the right to critique it. Whatever you say about the Qur'an doesn't hold the weight of an atom because you've never read it.
