Sports are too competitive for teams to do anything other than hire the best guy/best fit for the job. This is what lead to the eventual erasing of biases against positions that were supposed to be reserved for white guys, QB, MLB..
Alabama getting the score run up on them by integrated west coast teams is what lead to the Crimson Tide recruiting Black football players.
Teams that are serious about winning are eventually going get tired of getting hustled by hiring &/ firing Belichik's underlings, and recycling non descript white coaches.
Black owned franchises would help reduce the existing biases, but teams that are for real about winning will stop shooting themselves in the foot.
Shoutout to that Tony Dungy coaching tree.
Bro I’ve had to force myself not to never underestimate the power of maintaining the status quo and white supremacy.
Most of these franchises especially their old ass billionaire owners don’t care if they continue to lose for hundreds of years as long as they don’t give a black person too much power in their business.
but I do agree with having black franchises it truly would solve all of this bs

face too, and may even call derogatory names, they may have enough euro culture to where they can fit in. Myself...I do not.
. We can only focus on one coach at a time? You can't acknowledge multiple issues when it comes to hiring black coaches? So I need to act like what's happening to Eric is ok? And you were talking about nuance
