There have been a lot of whispers that Eric Bieniamy won't land a HC job again this year

Sports are too competitive for teams to do anything other than hire the best guy/best fit for the job. This is what lead to the eventual erasing of biases against positions that were supposed to be reserved for white guys, QB, MLB..

Alabama getting the score run up on them by integrated west coast teams is what lead to the Crimson Tide recruiting Black football players.

Teams that are serious about winning are eventually going get tired of getting hustled by hiring &/ firing Belichik's underlings, and recycling non descript white coaches.

Black owned franchises would help reduce the existing biases, but teams that are for real about winning will stop shooting themselves in the foot.

Shoutout to that Tony Dungy coaching tree.

Bro I’ve had to force myself not to never underestimate the power of maintaining the status quo and white supremacy.

Most of these franchises especially their old ass billionaire owners don’t care if they continue to lose for hundreds of years as long as they don’t give a black person too much power in their business.

but I do agree with having black franchises it truly would solve all of this bs

Funny.....

All the people who are saying he interviews poorly are getting it from unvetted second hand sources and taking it as gospel...

but will sit and bear through disastrous coaches and GM's for years and years like good litle sycophants

like @Damnshow and I said in that other thread....these motherfukkers aint serious about winning and y'all falling for blindingly transparent bullshyt

Blaming interviewing is a shyt excuse. It's a tool in the box of the same people blocking nikkas like Jim Caldwell and Marvin Lewis from getting other gigs. That's why there's only 2 black coaches in the nfl

These other coaches that supposedly interview well get the job and are fukking disasters

So maybe the interview process in the NFL is 1)not worth a fukking thing 2) done by inept selection committees

Yep. Or 3) the interview process could be inherently racist. I've seen it in industries a lot more diverse than the nfl. Just listen to some of the questions these dudes ask draft prospects. If these are the same dudes asking interview questions, we know how it is

let's be real these nfl owners/gms already know who they want and will hire. You give the he interviews poorly as an excuse so you have something to fall back and not look bad because you want a cac that looks like my son don't he jethro as your coach.

Literally the only black coach who doesn't get fired in 5 years is coaching for the team where the owner (RIP) is the one who brought about the rooney rule.

Kliff Kingsbury zero winning seasons in college was a failure as a head coach that even his alma mater fired his azz. But because he looks the part..........

This cac couldn't win more games than he lost with Patrick Mahomes as his qb, and he became a nfl coach where he's been under 500 for two straight years with kyler murray and a bunch of weapons.

Now you hear the name Joe Brady, another cac who did nothing, had an offense with a bunch of first round nflers and was average as OC in carolina but will wiggle his way into a coaching gig

For instance, myself, I will never be chosen as a Executive in any cac run business.

Why?

Because I SHOW that I fully embrace my ADOS sub-culture of America.

Now some of my other brothers who I give the :stopitslime: face too, and may even call derogatory names, they may have enough euro culture to where they can fit in. Myself...I do not.

I accept that and I embrace that. When I was in the corporate world I had no delusions I would ever be chosen for executive. Every job I've worked first thing I do is evaluate how a high a nikka such as myself can go. A person who's not willing to remove my grill, my tatts, etc. How high can I go and maintain what I see as my persona and personality.

Say I had a rap label or empire, I don't care how good Eminem can rap...he's not about to cactize what I built.

If we want more black coaches, we better get more black owners.

nikka that's a problem too :mjtf:. We can only focus on one coach at a time? You can't acknowledge multiple issues when it comes to hiring black coaches? So I need to act like what's happening to Eric is ok? And you were talking about nuance:mjlol:

No, we can focus on more than one at a time but we are focusing on this. I am sure that most of these teams are grading him on a curve. Anytime I interview someone, I dissect the resume. Just because you bring the title to the interview doesn't mean the same thing I think it is worth so you are going to have to demonstrate the weight of that title and do you know what it entails. Yes, there are 32 OCs at any point in time but all 32 are entrusted to do different things with varying levels of autonomy. What it sounds like is that he is going into the interviews and is speaking with a lot of cliches or platitudes. What the chiefs have done as a disservice is not prepare him better but ultimately, it's on him for not being ready. So yeah, in this case, for him, I think damn near every excuse would be made to hire him if it were close but he's not even appearing to be a #2 or #3 candidate. The media loves a feel good story and I bet some people already have one ready to go for this guy. So, for all the people saying, his resume, his resume, the main thing I've learned in my time is that nikkas lie on their resume so I'm going to make you prove every word to be true that you place on it. I'd go the cism route with everyone but him. I just think breh does not have the ability to sell himself..

From my understanding, you’re a black man, correct?

This isn’t about how YOU interview someone. This is how a white person interviews someone. It’s completely different shyt. This is why you’re coming off flawed.
