I cut it off after 10 seconds. Whatever the bytch was about to say was going to be clearly stupid. She started off with that arrogance all idiot MJ stans have. I don't even give MJ stans by 30 seconds to make their point. They usually are arrogant for the first 20 seconds and I shut them off. MJ stans are the worst in all of sports.
Right, this dumb ass shyt...

As I've said for years:

My dad will be 59 in April, born in 1965. Older than every nikka that posts on this site. Watched Mike play live in person in college, followed his whole career before any of these young Jordan Stans on here knew what basketball was 🤣 My dad has always, from the time I had an interest in ball to now, he's always said Mike is "in the conversation" but not definitively the GOAT. My dad doesn't think Mike was better than Bron or Kobe, and unlike the resident Jordan Stans, Dad watched this guy Mike's entire career from college to the very end...

I did time many years ago with guys many years older than me. Plenty of old heads disputed Mike as the GOAT, I've detailed this before, and when I say "old heads" these nikkas were 50+ back when I was doing time in the 00s. These guys would be 65-80 if still alive now---->they older than Michael Jordan himself...

Bob Costas believes Mike is the GOAT but went on record as saying time has exaggerated tge gap between Mike, and Bird and Magic. I posted that on here a few years ago, he said "Mike was better but he wasn't that much better than Bird, he wasn't that much better than Magic"...

Bob Costas will be 72 in March, not a young guy...

There's plenty of older cats that dispute Mike as GOAT, we know this from older NBA guys mouths themselves, from Dr J to Oscar to Kareem, Wilt disputed it when he was alive, etc. So sis saying "even old nikkas know he the GOAT", dumb ass statement. Most dudes older than Mike don't think there is "the" GOAT, just a few guys with names in the hat. For sure most dudes older than Mike dispute this...

Anyone who has followed ball knows Mike's era and the media contingent and corporate sponsors in bed with him jacked him off as GOAT, which in turn influenced the generation of fans after his own generation, and then the generation after that, which is probably mine as I was born in '89...

My assertion has always been a simple one, if you're comparing players across eras don't tell me what a nikka would do to someone he didn't play against, wasn't the same league. Mike Stans don't allow this when talking about era's before his. All-Timers would be All-Timers in any era, but the "6-for-6" argument only holds weight vs The League he accomplished that feat against. It's literally secondary when we comparing to All-Timers who weren't in that era...

I really, really don't like Jordan Stans. Nothing is ever consistent with these nikkas and they stay with the worst opinions trying to pass it off as fact. Homegirl just did the same thing these other nikkas do...

Jordan fans more insecure than their idol.
She say "he did a 3peat, left, came back and did it again" 🤣 🤣 🤣

Great. He dominated at a championship level for 6 years vs the people he played against. He didn't do that shyt in anyone else's era...

No one with any basketball brain thinks he'd have that level of title success in the 2010s+ era, and he didn't have it in the 80s...

I can't stand talking ball with these mf's...

Don’t forget an all time great coach in Phil Jackson:troll:. The offensive mind of Tex Winter :troll:. A GM who went out and made moves in Jerry Krause :troll:. MJ always had the best of the best.

Facts. Plus the whole "6 for 6", "never lost in the Finals" argument is buffonery. It's always better to win than it is to lose, so a 6-3 record in the finals, for instance, is better than 6-0. Mans are acting like 6 for 6 in the finals means Jordan didn't lose in an earlier round or miss the playoffs in those seasons he didn't win the title. Imagine saying it's better to lose in the Eastern Final than it is to lose in the Final, and losing in the East Final makes you a better basketball player than losing in the Final...

Never in league history did anyone count your losses, with the exception of West and that's only because he lost 8 times consecutively before he finally won one. It was like, "when is he gonna get his title"?

It never mattered if you lost in The Finals, it was about celebrating you for when you won The Finals. No one had this tally on how many times you lost in the championship round...

Until Jordan Propaganda which made it seem like getting to The Finals, being the runner up ro the champion, was a demerit. And to your point, Jordan Propaganda created this environment that implied missing The Finals most of your career was a better achievement than ever going to The Finals...

You're right

MJ 6/15 - 40%
Magic 5/13 - 38%
Kobe 5/20 - 25%
Bron 3.5/20 - 18 %

I don't get involved in these Jordan vs whoever conversations anymore because not much I'm going to say that will convince someone who, imo, is blind to how great Jordan was that he's GOAT. I will say that it's wild that all these years after he retired, ESPN can do a poll where all ages have him as GOAT by a vast margin. This despite Lebron having entire PR teams in the league, media, etc while Jordan just stays silent (hint: If you have to call yourself GOAT it's a huge red flag). Mike said he cringed when people called him GOAT, Lebron "that one right there......"

As someone who has watched the sport for almost 30 years, looked at it's history, etc. there just isn't anyone else who is on that tier. I've seen Jordans entire 90s career, Kobe, Lebron, etc. and plenty of 80s games. Also, looked at careers in the 70s and before.

The great thing is that even younger people who didn't watch him play have EYES. You can't look at this as an objective fan of the sport and point me to any singular player that could do all of this on the court - the defense, the mid range, trick shots, insane finishes, layup package, clutch, dunks over anyone, hops, exciting and did it all on the highest stages where his production went UP.

Can't point me to the player that had to go through grueling defenses like the 90s Pistons, Knicks teams that would straight batter you when you went into the lane. People that haven't played, or don't REALLY understand basketball don't get what constant physical punishment takes out of you. Not only from a physical standpoint, but mentally if you get rocked a few times you're going to be hesitant to go inside. It's not about defensive schemes, xs and os or any of that. It's about will to take it every time when you know you're going to get hard. Over and over and over. You can finesse all you want, but you're going to hesitate eventually if you're getting battered if you don't have the mettle. Just look at this:

A lot of these could cause serious injury, yet:

82 games 6x
80 games 9x

Still persevered. Still got his.

Jordan never lost 3 games in a row from 90-98. I mean, that alone is insane.

No one is ever going to be in 100% agreement on anything. There will always be detractors, especially on a conversation like this. But I'm comfortable enough that the facts clearly speak to him being GOAT and it's not really a conversation actually. Most people from casuals to hardcore fans understand that. Hell just look at his reception here:

Still the star of stars in basketball. You may not like it, but it is what it is.

I'll also clear up a myth about people who have Jordan as GOAT - somehow we're tied to the man himself. No, I'm tied to what he did on the COURT that was insane and we've never seen anything match it before or since. I WANT someone to come along and be better than that. If and when it happens, I'll gladly admit it because holy shyt what a player that would be! Would love to see that again in my lifetime. Not going to give it the undeserving though. You might have to actually be an alien to surpass Michael Jordan as a basketball player.

Finally, people should really be more like this lady. She has her favorite player but recognizes reality. Too many are delusional because they hate Mike or want their favorite to be GOAT. These people are flat earthers to me.

I was a nikka that was in high school seeing the god play on tv and in person. I seen the god play in person at least 100 times as a kid :whew: to be honest. both at the chicago stadium and the united center. and that is why I have an unhealthy attachment to the bulls to this day :snoop:
