That ish is learned behavior, taught from someone else.

Guarantee it.

I've legit seen people do this with small kids, and it's shameful.

People either won't understand or cannot understand that if everyone takes a small portion, there's more than enough for everyone.

I bet if you asked dude why...his first words would be something like "Idk" n finishes with a shrug.

It's like when there's a church/event function and they make offers of plates to go.

Tons of people there but mfers stacking plates like they gotta feed their whole block off it.

Scarcity/greedy mindset ruining ish for the many.

As you can see, ish gets me Hella tight
No lies.

And then you ask people, "why you need all that food for? You not satisfied with one plate?" and they'll tell you "yeah one plate is enough" but then shrug and hit you with "IDK" as to why they ran off with 10 plates.

Sh*t makes no sense, just taking sh*t "just because" :smh:

I’ve come to figure out so many inconvenient things in society exist because people try to exploit and take advantage of the good things.

This makes people have to put a whole bunch of security up and make it a hassle to acquire resources.

We can honestly have nice things, but a lot of crooks and selfish people doing too much stand in the way of it.
Sam's goes for opening businesses and jobs..due to all the fraud people want so much more authorization and paperwork

Why are you offering delivery drivers snacks and shyt? I never understood people who do this; it's like tipping a cashier, it makes no sense.

I get the whole being courteous angle but that's doing too much imo, Amazon drivers get paid enough to feed themselves during the day.

Personally, I wouldn't have cared how much he took simply because if I'm going to leave a bunch of snacks unattended, it's to be expected that people are going to help themselves to more than one; I don't care what anybody says; it's human nature for people to overtake.

He did what most of us would do, and I ain't ashamed to say I would've done the same.

Yup exactly. All the extra hoops people got to go through, changing passwords constantly, etc.

So much time wasted on complicated things that should be simple.

All this shyt is because of scam artists exploiting loopholes and edge cases.

A lot of things out there are inconvenient to keep things fair because people trying to take more than their honest cut.

Fam have you ever been outside and delivered packages
In a tin truck in 120 degree weather in the summer
You will run out of drinks in a matter of hours
So people being nice and treating people humanly with snacks should not be looked at as a tip
This person probably gets daily packages and she sees the news on couriers passing out
So she is just being thoughtful
You don’t see how you are being just as selfish as the kid in this video
It’s like damn humanity, community should be a thing
But then yall wonder why this world about to end under Trump because it’s only about what you can get out of it and as long as I’m good
I did that shyt for 18 years and now that I’m a civilian
I do the same thing for couriers

Nah, this ish reflects more on the society than human nature.

In a collectivist society like Japan, that concern for the many would've stopped that.

But in a place where individualism reigns, this is what you get.

no it's not expected when you live in a high trust community/society.

that's why I don't bat an eye when people voice their desire to keep certain elements out of their communities.

y'all be around abnormal behavior and think that shyt is normal and it's not.

Beef Jerky and Gatorade are quality snacks.

Anyway, someone taking advantage is inevitable. I just wish it wasn't a black(ish) kid.

These kind of niceties only stand a chance in small tight knit communities. Opening it up to random delivery people ensures the result we got.
