What I'm saying ain't got nothing to do with respectability politics.

I live in reality, seeing this world, this country, and the people within for who they really are and not what I imagine or wish them to be so yeah you can keep believing and living this fantasy that people are naturally kind and courteous all you want if it helps you sleep at night, but I know it's bull.

It's like I last said in my last post: hypothetically if somebody was really being genuinely courteous and kind, they wouldn't be pitching a bytch and succumbing to racial and prejudiced thoughts all because someone took a few extra bags of chips and juices.

They would've simply disregarded it as them being hungry and thirsty; the moment one uses that as a way to express their racial and prejudiced thoughts about people is when you realize they were being phony the whole time and the so-called good samaritan act was them being self-serving for their own ego, they get to convince themselves that they're good people.
All your last two paragraphs did, was remove the onus of common courtesy from the enjoyer to the provisioner.

Either you rock with someone understanding that "this is for everyone so I take a bit for me" or you rock with someone feeling like "all this good stuff here is free? Mines then".

You're complicating simple ish to avoid calling bad behavior bad.

If you associate his greedy "I'm about me, eff them other nikkas" attitude with his blackness, that says more about you than anything else.

I've seen people of all types be OD greedy in different circumstances, but tbh, it's normally the irresponsible types that you see this ish from.

Too many kids, not enough bread types.

If that's who he's talking about, then i highkey agree with dude.

And I've seen that dynamic across all colors n creeds.

You associate that with blackness is a hit dog hollering.
Those are your words, not mine, but the person I quoted clearly did; it's not hard for me to spot a dog whistle.

From my perspective, when you're Black, everything is racial, even when it shouldn't be, but unfortunately, it is because that's society; I didn't create it that way; I was just born in it.

I could recognize what he did was greedy and thoughtless; however, I'm not gonna criminalize him and come to stereotypical, prejudiced perceptions and beliefs about him as a person or about those who share the complexion, among other things considered.

I just chop it up to him being hungry and thirsty, he did what most would do if left unattended with free food and snacks, nothing more and nothing less.

Some of y'all, supposedly Black and all, have a tendency to go overboard with this overanalyzing and criminalization, racial stereotypes, and prejudiced biases and attitudes reminiscent of cacs whenever there's a topic surrounding a black person being seen or found doing something considered wrong.

These topics give insight into how some on this site feel about Black people despite being Black themselves, a bunch of Black people stereotyping and being prejudicially biased towards their own.

If you notice, from my initial post I said nothing about race, I said that was probably taught behavior, either explicitly or implicitly.

Why would I go to racial stereotypes when I myself am black?

My mom would've made me bring most of that stuff back if she saw the setup, whereas some parents would've taken what he brought back and then went looking for themselves.

Your expectations build your standards.

Same way some people take empty cups into fast food spots n fill up, where others buy a drink.

Expectations build standards which then inform behaviors.

I’ve come to figure out so many inconvenient things in society exist because people try to exploit and take advantage of the good things.

This makes people have to put a whole bunch of security up and make it a hassle to acquire resources. Most of the annoying safeguards aren’t there to screw people over and waste people’s time, it’s primarily there to keep things secure and fair because people constantly to try find exploits.

The honest person has to then be inconvenienced for all of that shyt. Fine print here, fine print there. “Well, we’ve had people try and ____ in the past.”

We can honestly have nice things and be self-sustaining, but a lot of crooks and selfish people being too grabby stand in the way of it.
One could argue most of the ills in society are generated by selfishness.
