Lol, theres no goons. They tried to separate but failed like 100 years ago, search for guerra dos farrapos, a lot of italians and german immigrants came to work thats why theres more cacs in the south, a lot of them feel superior to non whites and have this idea of separation from brazil but it aint happening.
