These heat waves are getting worse every year

It's been brutal on the Eastcoast for the last 4 straight days. Yes it's July which is normally the hottest month. This is wild. It's not just the temperature but the Heat Index is way up. They are calling it a "Heat Dome". This has me concerned we could be headed for some serious heat increases as the years go on which will put a lot of pressure on Power Grids for all the AC usage. Sh!t is cookin out here.

It’s gonna break by the weekend, we’re gonna be at 70 degrees by Friday. I hope August isn’t as hot.

I haven't used AC since 2019. Imma an artist so my windows are open 24/7. I just lounge nekkid and stay hydrated...electric bill is set at $40/month with fan usage. I have 4 fans tho

I’m sure there were plenty of summers hotter than this current one…. but we’ll see when the season ends. It is hot as fukk outside but I remember some summers more torturous than this one…

Frustrating thing is we've had a lot of rain yet at no point has it cooled off lol. Normally you see rain and think clouds will cool things down, water will cool things off etc. Nah.

Man I'm freezing Gatorades and taking "Cool" Showers. I just had one an hour ago after being out all day, felt like I jumped in the pool, lol.
