:camby:like real talk - fukk summer

used to love summer as a kid
but as i got older … my favorite time of year is F & F

Fall and Football :blessed:

It boggles my mind that it's grown adults still getting hype for summer :mindblown:

It feels like its just a conditioned response from the school days ... And miss me w/the "I like being outside" Yeah I like that too, thats why I prefer spring/fall so you can do outdoor activities without feeling like you're in a sauna

Overall, I still prefer Autum, then Spring over Summer and Winter.

TBH after moving to Florida adults getting hype for summer gotta vary by state :pachaha:

Summer is great in most of the country, but in Florida the winter months are better than summer months weather wise. Summertime in FL is awful :scust: Winter time in FL is basically northeast fall weather :ehh:

I can hangout outside on most NYC summer days (which I did), but in FL though? :usure: Believe me I tried lol and basically hit the :hubie: I'm talking daytime hours, FL summertime sunsets/nights are bearable IMO.

I notice that people with money that own property in multiple cities usually live in FL during the winter then live somewhere in the northeast for the summer for example.

Above the fray.
Personally, I think we'll eventually have to move more and more infrastructure underground. Especially in the sunbelt and bible belt.

I'm thinking of concepts like Atlanta's old underground mall . But instead of a single mall, it would be an integrated system of office spaces, govt buildings, parks, and apartments.

It may sound crazy but The ground is a stable 50° no matter what temperature it is outside. :manny:
Yep
Geothermal heating/cooling systems were supposed to be the new wave for that reason.

Above ground house, but piped in climate control from the ground.
Hasn't really taken off, though
