#ColiRepublicans furious:mjlol:

The party of cuckoldry.

Republicans position themselves as rebels but really crave to be dominated and subjugated.

Dudes really upset that people are bucking the system and realizing their worth.

Talking about "nobody wants to work"

naw most people don't mind working for reasonable wages, incentives, and benefits.

I'm sorry. But that was some bullshyt.

I prob would of went upside the head of someone with a keyboard in the office.
Seriously breh, & it's by design, because eventually I would hear coworkers not even bother to request vacations because they knew it would get denied:mindblown:

I remember sometimes I would try to hype em u to write complaints to HR but they just let her shyt all over us, they probably still suffering to this day:to:

Bidding????!!!!!

Oh hell naw:picard:

So if you are fairly new, you should just look forward to not having a chance at much time off????

Yep. And if you call out too much they'll put your ass on leave restriction. I worked there for a few years and the best I got was Thursday/Friday off.
Ahhh good ole TSA bureaucratic bullshyt mess of a job:pachaha::deadmanny: I'm surprised the workers never went on strike with how they treated

Because people just straight up quit instead of trying to fight. You can see this with the massive staffing shortages at airports. TSA tried to keep that shyt under wraps, but you cant hide long lines at the checkpoint.

shyt, if anything the TSA staffing shortages were the beginning signs of The Great Resignation.

TSA plagued by staff shortages as more airports see uptick in travel

Its more common than you think. I have to deal with that bullshyt at my job. If you want a week off around a specific time and a senior employee takes that slot then you're fukked. You have to basically try and negotiate with them for them to give it up. What's made worse is the fact that an employee with more seniority can transfer from a different branch and then swipe the spot you had already booked since they have seniority even if they just showed up a week ago

Bruh that's nothing. When I worked at TSA, we had to bid in advance for our leave days off and that shyt was based on seniority. The bid would take place in January for every TSA employee at the airport and you had to put all your leave in for the year on that day. Holidays had a separate bid otherwise they were black out.
:hhh: Trading weeks of vacation with co-workers like pokemon cards

It’s funny that majority of these vacant jobs are the shyt jobs with bad wages and horrible work experience. People finally seeing how important these workers are to the America’s economy. They use to shyt on these guys and tell them stop crying. Find another job or get better education. Be mad that the McDonald’s workers wanted 15 dollars a hour, while the McDonald’s CEO made 10.8 million in a year brehs.:mjlol:
They actually tricked people into getting 100k worth of student loans to secure a entry level making 40k a year. Don’t get me started on these employers requirements for these entry level jobs wanting an undergrad degrees or 6 years of experience. Just so you can make 30k-40k a year. Seems to me dudes in here more mad about the average joe living in poverty and not accepting whatever is throw his way than these corporations not valuing their employees and compensating them with bread crumbs.:mjpls:

$12hr? How can someone live off those low ass wages? :picard:

Breh there was a time where 12 dollars a hour was like the American Dream to me.

Once The Recession hit and shyt started seeping through the cracks, those funds are just a step from poverty to low wage "I still need help" situations.

I remember working for a non profit organization and I realize the game they played to me.

While most folks were working 8 dollars a hour from 9 to 5ish, they let me work 9 to 2 with 12 dollars a hour.

So I was making the same amount as a Daycare worker and trash person, but less duties.
