shyt is absolute trash. These bosses been capitalizing off people working thousands of ridiculous as some type of badge of honor type shyt. I'm chasing the bag, I'm grinding, I been at work 3 weeks straight getting this doe, blah blah. Bosses laughing it up getting dumb rich why tossing pennies at these people, because they think they gonna get "the bag" by working themselves into the ground. It's shouldnt be that way nor applauded. Pay a person a wage so they can LIVE. They will be more productive with a better work /life balance. I'm happy people are waking up.

Most might be broke af when their savings run out and will have to get a new job.
The thing is some of us will be in better careers and positions when we do return back to the workforce.

And that's just because of everything you listed. The "gung ho" attitude of American workers should have stopped long ago. People working through their breaks/lunches, spending more time at work than at home, etc.

The bid would take place in January for every TSA employee at the airport and you had to put all your leave in for the year on that day. Holidays had a separate bid otherwise they were black out.

When I opened my app to see that shyt with a red mark saying denied

Decided right then I'm going on that vacation regardless, stopped answering their texts & now I'm transitioning fields happier than ever
