I would’ve leveraged that situation for a retroactive back pay check of at least 3 months, stayed a month with one for out the door, THEN left with the bag. You got off the bus at the right stop thoughLeft my former job, they tried to counter with 6 figures... i told them you should have been paying me that![]()
I got Thursday/Friday as a white shirt, and then I bid and got Friday/Saturday because of my seniority among the newbies. When I was there I was making just under $18, which they considered “high” but the TSA lifestyle and all the training and bullshyt you deal with management and ur coworkers, I said fukk this shyt. $18 ain’t nowhere near worth it for this hot mess. And I couldn’t smoke my weed? Lmaoooo, deuces.Yep. And if you call out too much they'll put your ass on leave restriction. I worked there for a few years and the best I got was Thursday/Friday off.
Because people just straight up quit instead of trying to fight. You can see this with the massive staffing shortages at airports. TSA tried to keep that shyt under wraps, but you cant hide long lines at the checkpoint.
shyt, if anything the TSA staffing shortages were the beginning signs of The Great Resignation.
TSA plagued by staff shortages as more airports see uptick in travel

Have you been ANYWHERE lately???This is all overblown, the workforce lost women due to childcare needs but that's about it

These mandates are gonna backfire with a shortage of workers.
Can TSA vaccinate enough screeners before the Thanksgiving travel rush?
Only about 60% of Transportation Security Administration employees are at least partially vaccinated with about a month to go before the Nov. 22 deadline for federal employees to be fully vaccinated. Federal employees who ignore the mandate face discipline, including being fired, according to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
I was at the pharmacy the other day and they straight shut that bytch down round lunchtime cause they ain’t enough people to workHave you been ANYWHERE lately???
Store? Restaurant? It's definitely not overblown nikkas are tired and quitting in droves. All these places are now half staffed and the staff that is there could give a fukk less![]()

Lying ass employers.
Business Insider: Florida worker applied to 60 entry-level jobs, got one interview.
A worker in Florida applied to 60 entry-level jobs in September and got one interview
In a Facebook post on September 29, which went viral on Twitter and Reddit as well, Holz said, "58 applications says y'all aren't desperate for workers, you just miss your slaves."

Two weeks and 28 applications later, he had just nine email responses, one follow-up phone call, and one interview with a construction company that advertised a full-time job focused on site cleanup paying $10 an hour.
But Holz said the construction company instead tried to offer Florida's minimum wage of $8.65 to start, even though the wage was scheduled to increase to $10 an hour on September 30. He added that it wanted full-time availability, while scheduling only part time until Holz gained seniority.
Yea the manager culture here is out of handAnd this is why workers quitting calling their bluffs these managers & bosses still havent learnedgood luck running a business when half of ya workforce walks out
