The NCAA doesn't really care about the athletes getting screwed..they care about the players that took bad advice and went undrafted. They wont those players back in college for another season.
This.

Targeting the next Rich Paul would make sense if Rich Paul hitched his wagon to a fringe NBA player who turned into a superstar in the NBA. He was the agent of someone would go to college today because he was forced to, not someone who needs to go for 4 years and still may or may not get drafted.

This is why you shouldn't just post shyt to post it.
This is a quote from the article...

What the rule means is that any college basketball player who’s thinking about potentially going to the NBA and wants to use Paul services will completely shut the door on returning to college.

This is embarassing level of journalism. They didnt even look to research the fact that Rich Paul's agency has many lawyers that would meet the requirements easily.

How does the NCAA just put a rule in place without letting people know? Hiw do you get that power to just make changes when you deem necessary?

I'm legit confused

This has next to nothing to do with Rich Paul :mjlol:(some fringe nba level college player that doesn’t even know if they’ll be drafted likely couldn’t get Rich to return a phone call)....but this is EXCELLENT marketing for him...like you literally can’t pay for this type of fake underdog narrative viral bullshyt...another W for Klutch

Yup and Bron sees it, ala Nike saying they "banned" the first Jordans. Can't pass up free press :yeshrug:

Why is rule in place?
Do align with the NCAA of this rule?
Do you feel that the NCAA put this in place to protect/help athletes(obviously the majority are black)?
Since all agree with the NCAA all sudden..

NAME ME ONE FRINGE DRAFT PICK
RICH PAUL HAS EVER REPRESENTED.

2NDLY FRINGE DRAFT PICKS
CAN STILL HIRE RP.
THEY JUST CANT RETURN TO SCHOOL.

WHICH WAS ALWAYS THE RULE FOR HIRING ANY AGENT
BEFORE LAST SEASON.

This really only affects a small percentage of players for now and I think they're gearing up for when they get rid of the one and done rule. Probably wanna make sure the highschool kids aren't left in the cold if they fringe draft picks :yeshrug:

It’s all about clicks and views to get the uneducated and lazy to drive further discussion. Klutch barely represents anyone right out of college, and the narrative is now this is to stop Rich Paul or the “next Rich Paul”. Since when did the media care about black people being agents and making money? Oh yeah, since Lebron got an agency.

Why Aren’t There More Black Sports Agents? | Afro

The Black Sports Agent: Tory Dandy | The Shadow League

This black sports agency reps more HBCU players in the NFL than any other firm

But let’s focus Klutch who was just acquired by the biggest one of the biggest talent agencies in the world with all of the resources to beat any “barrier”. :comeon:

Klutch isn’t going after fringe first rounders out of the Big Ten. This rule isn’t about them.

They don't need the marketing. He has the biggest sports star on the planet as his best friend.
