It states the case how Paul could sue the NCAA, not why.
The question why he would bother to sue is legit. This new criteria affects agents of fringe players who may or may not be drafted. The likelihood of Paul representing these fringe players is the same as Nike entertaining making these players their spokesperson. Simply put, there's not enough money for them. Why would Paul waste his time for a fringe player's contract in Budapest when he could be using his time managing superstar players?
