jimmy butler is a thibs type player, and even he got buried on the bench for the first 1 1/2 years until luol deng got injured.
Butler was playing similar minutes in his second season to what Draymond was, even before Deng got injured.

Butler's second season (before Deng injury) - 17-19 minutes avg
Draymond's second season - 21 minutes avg

And since Thibs WANTED Draymond, I have a hard time believing he wouldn't give him minutes near-equal to what he was getting in GS.

I'm not defending anyone, if it was up to me I would have gotten rid of the front office over Thibs. I'm just simply saying there is always two sides to a story and only one has gotten told. I don't rep our front office, never have.

They've consistently created a toxic environment here and haven't been creative enough to create a true, established contender.

The only way I've come to terms with this is knowing he lost the players... because if that's the case, then there was never any hope to be had here.

Thibs is a great coach but he has his short comings he needs to come to terms with to become truly great. I think with his dedication and experience here, he ll find a way to do that, sadly it was no longer possible with the Bulls.

I just ride for this team too hard sometimes, where I even find myself defending our scumbag front office, I'm coaxing myself into the new era

I know Frank Isola is close to Thibs due to his days with the Knicks, but the way this dude has been carrying on all day on twitter it seems like he was fukking the dude. Isola needs to take a break and go for a walk, shyt is unhealthy what he's doing.

Doug hasn't even had a chance yet

I should note again, I don't have much faith in him though

Never trust a four year college player outside of Duncan and Lillard breh. Doug's game was official in college, he doesn't have the athleticism to pull it off consistently in the pros.
