My gripes with thibs was his rotations and the fact he flat out didn't coach offense. It was many reports from the start of his tenure that in practice they didn't even run offensive sets. Then rose takes the brunt of the blame for not running a quality offense. And the way he played kirk and noah was just inexcusable.
I would only feel better about all this if I could trust gar pax to make a quality hire and add some great pieces this off season. I have no faith in that.
All this x and o talk was the same talk when they were about to hire thibs. So the hoiberg thing don't excite me yet. That's one I have to see to believe.

Thibs clearly was talking van gundy and clearly leaked that supposed rift between rose and jimmy.
