There’s one conversation Avon and Stringer have in prison where I think Avon is considering having D killed.

D doesn’t want to lessen his sentence after the hot shots and is distancing himself from everyone…Avon uncharacteristically asks Stringer for reassurance that he’s been fair to D.

It seemed like Avon was mentally preparing and justifying what he may do in the future.

Stringer just went ahead and did it.
When they got into it during season 3 and String told him "I took it off you and put it on me" was a throwback to that. Avon talked about it but wasn't going to pull the trigger because of who it was. Once they was all sitting in the funeral home (they safehouse) and Avon told D momma "you think I could have done this to him" was basically telling us that he wasn't ever gonna do it.

Storytelling on this shyt was next level and I don't think we will EVER see anything like it again.

HE GOT THE VACANTS RAIDED!!

I'm not sure what affinity you have for him, but he snitched every single time he got caught... Just like real life, if you ain't ready for the punishment, then stop doing things against the rules

Randy wanted to sell candy, then tell on who wrote on walls... Watch out for bathroom sex, then tell about a murder... Even before he said "i know about a murder," he told about 5 other things he knew that wasn't good enough to stop the lady

nikka was ratting every chance he got.. That was the biggest threat who turned out to be the biggest threat. Without him, cops still don't even care about Marlo cause no bodies was dropping
No, what got the vacant raided was prez giving bunk and Lester a hint. And Jesus, if you think some little kid tattle telling is worthy of firebombing, we can stop. Dude was fukking traumatized from being in group homes and didn’t want to go back, dude was trying to “be good” - an issue a lot of abandoned kids struggle with and think they need to be to have a family stick with them/adopt them. Dude wasn’t some griseled high school street nikka giving up his partner in crime.

And the cops did care about Marlo, they was frustrated they couldn’t link him to bodies knowing what a king pin he was :dahell:

And my concern with Randy is there are a lot of decent young black boys in the hood like him who can’t get the support they need to not end up hardened, locked up, and failing at life. Breh clearly wasn’t gonna a be president but he had a zeal for life and would’ve probably been a normal productive citizen. Now he’s back in the system, deflated and not giving a fukk and likely to get locked up. I don’t think a 13 yr old deserved that cuz some older (grown) dudes decided to rain down terror on him.
