You have a bad attitude and that's usually brought about by no goals for the money you are making there.
Most people are bytches and have no mind of their own(which I have no problem with we need modern day slaves for business owners to advance). But don't complain because you didn't take the time to get a skillset. They hold us back but with your own motivation and grind learning shyt you can make it at least to a place where you are comfortable
