I get what you are saying...Cube's decline was really gradual. Nas went from IWW to the Firm albumWell yeah he made a comeback but th album isn't worthy of you attaching it to his prime run tbh.
Any of Cubes albums between 1988-1996 are better except Bow Down which is roughly equal.

That being said, we don't talk about Cube making a dramatic return to form.

His albums slowly declined. I guess you could say he got a little spark with Bow Down

But he hadn't dropped anything really bad before that. He was just inspired to shyt on the east coast

Then We Be Clubbing dropped and it was clear things had changed. We were in the Don Mega era

That's the reason that I call it a second peak for Nas...of course Stillmatic wasn't as good as Illmatic.
So I do get your point.
Cube was doing his style and Chuck/PE were doing theirs.

As if BIG wasn't alive when Cube was rocking from 88-92.
your dumb ass just kept trying to move it and bring up Cube's solo debut. You are a dumb fukk. Go back to stanning ASAP Rocky

...a good poet is able to express emotion through they words, and in turn bring that same emotion out ofnthe person reading or listening....basically the measure of a great emcee to me.
,tht aint in Nas pedigree,at least he has better taste than his fans,he's a fan of nikkas of that pedigree.
