A judge can throw out a prenup at their discretion based on what they believe is fair and unfair, unilaterally. Just because you go through the steps laid out by others too get a prenup done, does not mean it will be 100% safe. Not saying to forgo getting one, just that it is not going to be unassailable.

You're right about the ones that would proceed, but if women were fully honest about their pasts most men they'd be open to dating wouldn't want to be in relationships with them regardless. That's why women lie, omit, and hide shyt early. They're trying to get you and get security from you. Once they feel they have this (marriage), you'll meet the true them as they have the leverage of divorce as well as potential children.
That's why a man can do everything right in dating/vetting a woman and still lose, but the same isn't true for a woman because if she get's played in the marriage she's leaving with a check, lump sum, recurring payments or worse BOTH
Men can get married if they want children, but HIDE YOUR MONEY, give family members you trust monthly payments, have a trust you are the sole beneficiary of, get a damn off shore account but take the shyt seriously. I know I will if I get to that point. The bytch leaves whatever, but as long as you hit the ground running you can't be too fukked up about if she takes your heart and your bread, it may become ski mask, gloves, and hammer season
I was speaking more on character stuff (religious views, standards for cleanliness, political stuff). That should be discussed upfront. You'd be surprised at how many couples breakup for shyt that you would think they would have discussed early in the relationship... but didn't want to "ruin" the new relationship energy
As for stuff like body count... well, I do think it can be brought up. As a guy, use it to your advantage. Tell her she better not be a prude with you if she was all free love in the past.

The best thing to do is to have a religious ceremony for the wedding but make some sort of legal contract that covers cohabitation, division of assets, etc. Without getting officially married. As mentioned before, prenups can be thrown out by a bytch ass judge.
This is a stupid assertion, the rich can afford to lose more regular/broke folks literally can't hence they need it more. I've heard women use this point btw, as if they don't go after the plumber earning 70K for everything they have
