When every conversation about social issues stems from victimhood it's impossible to discuss personal responsibility without being attacked. Birth control is inexpensive and readily available from gas stations to community centers to even schools. It is not hard to acquire a condom. The problem is men and women who couldn't care less about consequences.

Yes being poor with no outlets results in bad decisions, I get it. But it's 2020, you have condoms...wear them. Especially with people you have zero interest in being with. The path we are on is unsustainable and failing. Government policies alone can't fix decision making.

But often a similar experience. Being in a terrible marriage while having your kids and essentially raising them alone is STILL a problem. We can tiptoe around titles, but the underlying issue is that parents are barely friends when they bring children into the world, regardless of the dynamic. Two married parents that hate one another, is never better that two friends coparenting.
