i don’t think these jobs fall under the same minimum wage rules you’re talking about. She’s making under $3.00/hr
The rest I agree with. But these server jobs need to be paid a standard wage too. Because truth be told, most servers come away making way more than they’d do if they had a standard wage. Especially if you’re at a decent restaurant. If the money was THAT bad nobody would do it.
I see why so many waitress's continue to give brothers bad attitudes. They gonna get paid anyway. I actually saw these two brothers at Golden Coral tip this White waitress, who had a real nasty attitude. I'm not gonna go into detail, I'll just say I'd never seen anything like it. What made it worst was, she looked a whole lot like Amber Guyger. This was right after that brother who testified in her trial got killed. I'm sure she felt some kind of empowerment over Black men behind that, because that's how trash think down here. And those brothers seemed to act accordingly by tipping her anyway. She had gotten extra smart with me first, but she kept it moving before I had a chance to sound off. I had a reputation in that location, so she knew better to keep it moving. But she talked to those two brothers like they where slaves. She actually threatened them like she was gonna call the cops, after one of them signified to her about her rude behavior towards me. When she left, I looked over at one of those brothers, shaking my head. Instead of a head shake back, he completely ignored me, like c00ns always do in this part of the Atlanta metro. When I saw them leave her a tip, I almost felt out. I clearly didn't leave no tip.
I know I said a lot, but this affects everybody, especially brothers. That's why I don't eat in places where they require a tip. How that even became legal, I don't know.
