Would it be better for a bartender to get paid a better salary and no tips, or keep the current system?

Root of the problem is 'employers' being treated like gods by the federal govt and politicians. They do everything to appease them including passing off the responsibility of wages being onto customers..tips are degrading.

very emotional
I tried to give you lower level book because you don’t even get the basic concepts

There's nothing emotional about calling a spade a spade.

You're an imbecile, you lack basic schooling in micro and macro economics but think that reading a couple self help books from scam artists constitutes an education. I say that without malice, it's an objective observation of your character.

Explain to me what basic concept you think I don't understand? Inflation? Regulatory capture?

I used to bartend. That’s just the difference after taxes in what you under claimed. If she would have claimed 100% of tips her check would have likely been 0.00 and she would owe Sam some bread come tax time. Although you get paid less than minimum wage hourly, you go home with cash money every night. This person probably banked 3 g’s during those 2 weeks

This I bartended and made 500 a night at one point. A lot of people never worked industry at all in their lives in this thread o see. Or think its something people aren't making decent money from (while having fun)
