@The Hon. Stringer Bell you keep ducking the question

Do you believe music has no effect on a person if that is all they consume? Especially at a young age.

Do you think girls constantly consuming thot rap & reality tv in hs/middle school has no effect?

I’ll wait for you to keep ducking tho

Nobody is saying it’s the reason for issues but to not even acknowledge it?

This is true. That is not the point being made though. The point he made was these actors are not trying to live their characters lives. Some of those Drill rappers are actually trying to live the life they portray in their music. That causes some people to expect them to be what they portray themselves to be. That can still happen for an actor, but it is less likely since an actor will quickly tell the person that was a character they were playing.

People don't really care about the actor in that way. There was a reason the original Top Gun was made as it pushed more military propaganda giving rise to a sizeable increase in recruits.

Those people joining the military can distinguish between Tom Cruise who makes millions and the character he portrays, but Tom Cruise isn't the focal point of their admiration. Their admiration is for the character he played - they want to be more like the character, not Tom Cruise.

This is a whole field of propaganda and the movie industry knows this very well as well as the military.

"One might ask how guns are advertised to the public. You’ll never see an ad for a handgun or assault rifle on TV or hear it advertised on the radio, and it’s unlikely you’ll see an ad for one on Facebook. The main way that Americans learn about the use of guns is through the entertainment media of movies and TV. The gun industry saw this when the Dirty Harry movies showcased the .44 Magnum, a large and powerful handgun, which led to a jump in U.S. sales of the Smith & Wesson Model 29. Gun manufacturers learned that Hollywood would be pleased to use guns as product placements in its films and TV shows. In 2011, the handgun maker Glock even got a lifetime achievement award from the product placement-tracking site Brandchannel for its appearances in action movies."

Also I could see if @Matt504 was blatantly being anti black. It’s clear his heart is in a good place. I’m pro our people all day every day. It’s posters like @Gil Scott-Heroin who I’ve had issues with but I’m not in every post outright disrespecting him.

Why? Cuz he still a breh & ain’t done nothing to turn his back on our people

You coming off as one them type of posters who get more entertainment out of black conflict than resolution

Just a lonely and sad man that wants attention. nikka hasn't felt this loved since he was in the womb. Imagine what he would do for a pat on the head from white folks.

So you insult someone then get angry that they have the audacity to defend themselves. You dropped a whole diss track on somebody then got angry that they responded back with a diss track.

You started it and he ended it.

Don't do unto others what you don't want done unto you.

Nothing you have written here is false. Much of our entertainment is a form of propaganda to influence the citizens of the US in one manner or another. This all I agree with. I also agree Tom Cruise himself is not the focal point, but his character is. That somewhat proves what I was saying though.

Very few people will expect Tom Cruise to be Maverick though they may like his acting and admire him in someway. Too many people will expect a Drill rapper who portrays himself as being out in the streets as a goon to live up to that image. Not all, but enough that him going counter to that will negatively affect his image. Even T.I. , when he wanted to make a cooking show was told by his own manager that it would negatively affect his image. To his credit he did it anyway, but then again T.I. is also not a Drill rapper. I don't think he ever tried to portray himself as a full on street goon.

Do you say the same to cacs that watch John Wick murder 100 people every movie? That's worse because there is an actual visual.

:comeon: incredibly weak ass argument.

"saying gun in worse than seeing gun" is weak as fukk. just say yall think picking on black men is easier.

Y’all gotta be some of the dumbest motherfukkers on this website if y’all think these are even remotely the same as rappers raping about killing other black men in every song.

I have never met a happy lawyer. It's like a pre-requisite once you goto law school or pass the bar you have to be miserable.

I'm not even joking or taking shots at @The Hon. Stringer Bell . I wanted to do law, but I realized I would be miserable.

I used to live across the street fro. Albany law school and ALL of em were miserable. Especially since they weren't pick of the litter. They prob working as clerks or some other job I don't know making less than 30/hr.

It’s a classic example of a typical bully.

Bullies want to pick on the weakest people that cannot or will not defend themselves.

He dropped that diss track hoping for a plat but it backfired because unbeknownst to him, his rival was actually a talented musician.

This nikka not no damn bully. This nikka done dropped like 7 diss tracks over the years and they all been wack. It was never a threat for one of this nikka tracks to cause any anguish to someone.

And Matt is not a victim. That goofy ass posting style probably just get under people skins. And it’s some unhinged mothafukkas on the internet, so instead of calling him a goofy or just keeping it at a lighthearted diss, some people get all serious and it be deeper than the internet.

So now you ended up with me this nikka stringer hella frustrated to the point he going out sad making multiple threads about this man. And Fat Matt is a literal fakkit that loves the attention so he’s doing his usual play dumb act while passive aggressively antagonizing stringer. This the woat coli beef of all time

He isn't anti-black and I'm not in complete disagreement with the issues towards specific subgenres of music, but he is a low-effort moron. Understand, he is in a state right now with host of important elections coming up THIS YEAR, and he isn't active in any way towards contributing to securing seats. So as I mentioned before, you could replace him with Matt504bot, a bot dedicated to going ":francis: but it's not the violent music, right?" and you would fulfil his purpose on this site, and sadly in life.

I couldn't imagine being that one track minded on issues but it might be all he is really capable of so I guess I shouldn't fault him further. It's just, for a man of his age, you would expect deductive reasoning as a default, but it's seemingly lacking entirely from his thought process. Really, the only people on his bandwagon are just those that similarly remedial in thought, who have found their stake in the ground to act as their platform for grandstanding, wise in the circle of fools, but to logical spectators, it's just tired and simple.

TLDR: Simply put, people like myself understand the issue and how best to alleviate it within the confines of this political system and human behavior, @Matt504 hasn't thought about this past the blame game and as a result, acts as a bot that serves as an annoyance to anyone dissuaded from low-effort rhetoric towards serious topics.

Honestly, @The Hon. Stringer Bell, why even take issue with him at this point? You know what he is going to say, treat the account as a bot and move on.

This is my last time dealing with that bot, I promise. :mjlol:Well, unless he gets some updating. I suggest an upgrade in the reasoning department, the upgrade that allows him to go from "x is the problem", and then repeating that ad nauseam. I want "x is the problem because y, which is a problem because z". :ufdup:Make it happen.
