I'm an introvert but I'm also kinda an a$$hole. I got this cocky white kid working for me now and I just ignore everything he says or hit him with theeverytime.


Not even on purpose, but he's one of those white dudes that can't be satisfied with how shyt is run, complains, and tries to "be a leader" despite everything he says being something stupid.

And from the way he complains... I doubt it. Complainers don't generally get leadership roles. Plus everyone under me likes how shyt is ran (how I explain it to them) because they realize I actually buffer a lot of bullshyt work from them by either saying no, playing the game, or staying BEHIND later than anyone and doing it myself.

He's some low ranking clown that doesn't realize I've been doing this since he was in middleschool. I'm even a higher rank than my "boss"... Which is why we communicate so well. I give her the respect that she's ultimately in charge, but I've been around much longer so she listens to my non-chalant input and plus I don't really give a fukk

Well, let me just say that I feel you bruh. I'm awkward in public too. Even if it's a place you go often like Work but what I'd suggest is
First: Don't take it personal. Corny dude made a White Guy funny. I'd assume what he said wasn't the part that got to you, it was everybody on some peanut gallery Smiley, Smiley, Laughy, Taffy sh#t

Second: Next time you go to one of these sit up & say a lil something every so often. Even if it's small sh#t like "Yes, Yes, I agree" if someone states something you down with.
