My whole thing is this: if someone had a split personality and decided they were 2 people in the same body, society would not tell people with one personality to accept the fact this individual is really 2 people in one body. They would tell that person and everyone else that person has mental issues and needs help.

Logically, you're right. But again, what does race have to do with gender? They're two totally different categories that don't function the same at all in society historically, or currently. When black women talk about intersectionality they are taking about the overlapping of both race AND gender. We don't view race the same way we view gender so why are you comparing them other than to "win" this conversation?

The comparison with gender identity and race identity isn't to say they're the same.

Sex is biological , gender is environmental. None of this shyt is new or ground breaking and has been around for 1000s of years. As far as this "agenda" being pushed in American society ....I agree that it's a concerted effort. I just don't care. . Let Gays and trannys live how they want, they bring value to society in their own way when they live freely I think. I think all subgroups bring diversity and their perspective to our society so it's a net gain. I rather that then have people turn into depressed weirdos because they live in a repressed society

There is a distinct difference between sex and gender.

Sex is what you are born into. Gender is the expression of masculinity/femininity.

When I go into social justice circles, I rarely give pronouns, and I never say that cisgender stuff because honestly it just seems like a fad for people to latch onto these days. They will do all of this advocating about bathrooms, and proper pronoun usage, but do nothing for the homeless trans youth and those who are doing sex work to pay for the transition. And I don't believe in ally ship, I believe in treating everyone how I wanted to be treated. I don't need a white man to introduce himself to me as a white man, I can see it clearly. People need to understand the world is going to judge you by your presentation. You can say don't judge me all you want but we all unconsciously make initial judgements on people.
