I don't care how good your genes are, you are not getting swole and ripped off 20 pushups alone. You are not hitting any sort of hypertrophy with that shyt.

in high school i was the skinniest nikka alive, straight bird chest, couldnt bench press or nothing, all i did was play basketball. I hit that second stage puberty and developed pecs and got toned af. To this date i will rarely touch a weighted gym equipment and all i do is playbasketball and a few ab workouts i'm still cut af.

When i was 17, i started a regimen where i wanted to learn how to do pushup (i was husky/chubby and not gettin' no numbers in highschool).


So i began by doing female push ups (on my knees). 20. Every day. Committed like a mofo. After a couple months, i graduated to being able to do legit pushups. Started with 5, then 10... then 20 soon thereafter.

I remember going on vacation to vegas my senior year in highschool and doing them in them in the hotel room before bed.


After a few years of this routine... i got swole like a mofo.


No lie. I had pecs like i had a gym membership to golds for a decade (i was still thick and flabby in the mid section... but having a robust chest
off-set some of that rotundularness).


TO this day, i think because i was performing such a strict regimen for, i believe it was 4 years (before i finally got a gym membership at 21).




I'm still pretty freaking big now. 215, 5-11 1/2



But i almost directly attribute that to the 20 pushups a day i did during my late adultlessons.

as a dude who's naturally muscular, i can say this dude aint lying. i hate working out like mutherfuccker. so i dont. but i get asked every time by everyone what my workout routine is. in high school, i was very active and played street basketball alot. and from that, i was cut. even then, people thought i was pumping iron.

so with a natural physique like that, if i were to do 20 push up like this dude said, and keep at it continuously, i can see how u'd be cut up. also, the diet is very important here. and by that, i mean not too eating too much. im not talking about changing ur diet. if u just consume less calories and u do these pushups and u already got that natural physique, u will be swole. notice i mentioned THREE big IFs...which most people aint doing or got.

i use to be embarrassed when id go to the gym (the very few times i did go) and would be out in 15 minutes cause thats the max i can tolerate :laugh: but then i look around and notice i'm far more muscular than most so they cant say sh1t.,

As a west African, i can say he's is probably not lying. Most of my cousins and brothers are naturally ripped. I attribute it to our melanin, diet (high in protein and fiber), as well as genetics. My cousins in nigeria were all basically ripped with six packs and very lean.

Melanin is the key...:blessed:

It's not so much how defined he is, but it's the mass. You are not building that much mass on 20 pushups a day alone. Matter of fact, if you naturally have a metabolism high enough to stay ripped like that without going hard in the gym, you are definitely not putting on mass like that without either high rep full bodyweight circuits or pushing steel.

It happens all the time, other men dikk ride swole nikkas harder than women similar to if you drivin a decked out car on god :mjlol: my girl literally hits the gas :rudy: gas face when it happens and tells the random people that do it "don't do that because yall just pumpin his head up" I tell her its nothing to me :jawalrus:

You would know this if you wasn't flabby :umad:
