The fitness world just keeps giving us these gems. Next someone will tell you that they got swole by simply turning doorknobs.

You cannot develop large lean muscles without anabolics along with a solid weight training regimen. This is the reality of things. Low bf% and swole = AAS and he works out.

I'm calling bs. If Bruh said 200 a day then I could see that being a possibility with dang near perfect nutrition.

But I've honestly seen some dudes with that body type when I went to Nigeria. Some dudes were brolic as hell. All they did was do construction, eat organic foods (that the local market grows and drink water. some brehs just have perfect genetics

Y'all don't understand dude said the result of him doing 20 push-ups a day is why his chest is so big. But he's been doing it for years, 20 push-ups won't get you nowhere, now 100 that's different.

Shyt like that is true and def adds up, let's say for example dude is 25 years old and has been doing 20 push-ups since he was 13 that's almost 4500 push-ups right there. That adds up. If anyone doesn't believe me look up Hershel Walkers story, there's a reason why he was built like an NFL player in high school using only body weight.

I can vouch from experience I used to do 50-100 push-ups everyday from age 13-17. Sure I had a lil mass on me, but nothing special. When I started weight training my chest blew up, in fact it's still my biggest muscle and I don't even hit it like that.

No. Unless he adds more weights everytime.

Your muscles will get used to you lifting your body weight and will stop getting bigger after a certain point.

It's very apparent you don't know what you're talking about.
There are nikkas in prison locked in their cell for 23 hours out the day, and do NOTHING but pushups & situps and come out lookin like WARRIORS.
:what: That shyt is impossible.... Getting swole on pushups alone???

Refer to my above reply to Giselle.
