uhh, it's clear that its scripted, or at the least they're given the direction of where each scene should go, it's purposefully like this, it's a mockery of reality tv shows.
flex clearly isn't cut for tv tho, lol, nor angie. everybody else seemed pretty comfortable, especially peter and cyph.
