The only places in Queens that can hold those types of homes are the Estates, Forest Hills and Whitestone. So the average price should be around 3.2-4 million each.

Maybe great neck,
it is laughable down fresh meadows all these huge mini mansions they are building up the block from cunningham park, and the neighbor is right next too you, and weirdos like me who live in the coops be looking at these homes like damn too much money for the lack of privacy and space

This same housecwould be 4-5 mil downtown and mist of them folks would pay cash. Basically whoever buys this Plano, TX mansion is a rich wannabe :francis:

Yea in highland park this easily be 4-6 million. I disagree with your last sentence though, there are some really rich people living in mansions all across DfW. (South lake, cedar hill, off various lakes). Everyone does like the congestion of the inner city.

Depending on what’s covered and the age/condition of the building that is actually pretty cheap in a big city. For the most part the assessment will cover utilities, cable/internet, access to amenities (gym), and pay for security/doorman and repairs for the building. Think about how much you spend for that shyt already.

In Chicago 1K+ a month even for units worth far less than 850K is very common. At some of the older buildings in otherwise desirable neighborhoods like Hyde Park, your monthly assessment will, not might, be more than your mortgage.

PS...house in OP is ugly as fukk. Can’t believe how much ppl pay for these shytty building kit McMansions. Zero style. Cheap construction. More house than what 99.999% of people actually need. Throwing money down the toilet for upkeep. Disgusting.
This is the problem with many Americans.

Very aesthetically pleasing home.

Wouldn’t want to live adjacent to a golf course though. Have y’all seen my slices???
