Maybe being from the south makes me have a different mindset. But living in Dfw or Houston there’s a good chance you’ll have to drive 30 minutes going anywhere at any given time. Everything is spread out.
Mckinney is basically Dallas-Fort Worth. I mean it's an hour outside of DFW but that ain't bad at all. DFW is dope so I'd move to Mckinney myself. Just would need to see what that city is likeIn the comments the realtor says the final price is 425k
I agree and I'm from NY. I love DFW area. Houston gets all the shine bc of the hip hop scene but DFW is just as black as Houston.
