30 minutes outside of city at 70 miles per hour. Easy pass.

DFW is an incredibly large metroplex and McKinney is a part of it.

It may be a considerable distance from the city of Dallas geographically, but the urban sprawl connects the 2 towns....as well as many others.

Uh… not anymore. There is a house smaller than this in my neighborhood with barely any yard and definitely not a brick wall/fence and its on sale for over 400k. I live just outside of Stone Mountain.

Now 2 years ago… sure. Bought my house that’s twice the square footage for just over 400k, although it’s only brick facade and the yard is small.

Unless you talking about 30-40 min outside of Macon, lol.

I just bought a house in Atlanta for this price, new construction. I could’ve gotten this (more yard mostly) in McDonough or Ola somewhere between there and Conyers but I’m not trying to be that far out from my shyt.

You can be in the perimeter right now (mostly south and west side) for less than 450K and over 2000 sq ft.

Edit: 330k is probably too low but for def less than 450K you can have this 30-40 min outside the city going south

Bolded is especially true. The Great Migration mentality needs to be put to rest. Thinking that you can escape from or handle racism better in one part of the country versus another is just a coping mechanism.
