This is why men shouldn’t have female roommates.

I've noticed a pattern on the coli. Whenever a dude post something exposing a woman, it's fake. But when the reverse happens, it's real.

Why is that

No one has been exposed breh. It's just an anonymous screenshot from another site that itself is a screenshot of two anonymous strangers who may or may not exist. People are saying it's fake because the way they're texting is goofy and made-up, like a badly written TV show where the characters tell their whole backstory in a conversation cause the writers couldn't figure out a better way to provide context.

I guess if you're really invested in the gender wars, then you're hoping for ammunition or something. But there's nothing here.

Nah fukk all that.

Most shyt on the Internet is fake.

And I definitely believe these bytches gonna suck a dikk for the light bill and a ham sandwich.

But this txt convo is written by a man who never actual had a txt convo with a human before. Because that's not how a convo would normally sound.

Typical Internet goofy nikka shyt

Grown men shouldn't have roommates, period. Male or female.

if you living with your partner that's one thing. Needing another person so you can maintain a roof over your head? That's someone that's still working on adulting properly.
Thats like the majority of the population u speaking on breh. :picard:

So yeah, post definitely checks out :ehh:

I had a high rise in Downtown Dallas, before that I was renting a house in Plano, TX (Dallas suburbs) I actually just bought a house in Frisco, TX (Dallas Suburbs).
Do you remember what the apartment scene is like in Frisco? Everytime I'm there it seems to be primarily "luxury" apartments, but maybe that was just the area I was in. I'm thinking of making the move there next year.

There are a fair amount of Apts claiming luxury but it's basically just a modern apt in Frisco. The best lux apts are in the legacy area and near the star (where the cowboys practice). Your average 1bd in Frisco is going to run you 1800-2k. But if you're looking for that high rise experience within walking distance clubs, bars, and restaurants your looking at a studio for about $2200 and a 1bd for about $2500-2600 (on average).

How long did you have to wait? Also, did you win an apt lottery in the same neighborhood you lived or a different one?
3 months (applied in February of 2019 & got a “you were selected” response in May of the same year). Submitted documents in June & was told I could move in October. There’s still housing applications from 10 years ago that I haven’t gotten a reply for so luck is beyond the word lol.

I’m originally from Brooklyn & ended up moving to a deep part of the Bronx. the only reason why I ended up doing the move was because the rent at the time was $1050 & the amount of space for the studio is big as fukk.

I just kept thinking

1. if I reject this I have a feeling in the next couple years the amount of money for renting a studio or apartment will be crazy

&

2. If I am are able to find a place cheap without the lottery housing assistance I’m gonna have to compete with so many people at open houses, etc.

So I moved to where the rats be. Neighborhood is safe as fukk, bunch of old people live there. 2 min walk from the train station, ima try to stay here as long as possible keep stacking my bread and chill.

Beautiful thing about it too is you can change careers and you never have to resubmit paperwork about your income.

Wow that’s fast, I usually hear it takes a year or more to hear back, and winning chances are slim but it’s possible to win.

Nice to know that once you move in and your income goes up, your rent is not effected and you don’t have to report it.

What happens if you applied under one income but then it went up and you win the lottery, do you still get the apt of they reject you?
