He won’t have to work in a warehouse stacking boxes for $16 anymore if $15 is the new minimum. His options just widened and he can walk into another job with less stress in his body. He should be happy he’s about being taken advantage of anymore.
It's not going to work like that breh. When $15.00 becomes the minimum you are going to see hours cut and spread around in a way where people still aint making shyt. McDonald's will have folks working 20 hours instead of 32 or 35. Just watch.

That’s being able to do the work
A skill is something hard to replicate any able bodied man can pack boxes
The work involved doesn’t matter because the company can churn through as many people as it wants to since they can find another person to do it and teach him in 30 minutes
There are manual labor jobs that involve skills but this isn’t one

Is or is not the logistics industry a trillion dollar business so to speak?

Simultaneously believe hard work and skilled labor are correlated with compensation when millionaires and billionaires exist brehs.

:myman: You’re only 30 years away from touching an M fam, keep grinding.

You might even see a B in 30,000 years if you maintain a strong alkaline diet and work hard enough :whew:

The billionaire isn't "raping" anyone. It's a job. One that he and everyone else who works there voluntarily chose. No one is holding a gun to his head to work there for $16 an hour.

I'm willing to bet 98% of people in this thread shop at Amazon regularly. Enlarging Jeffs pockets but complaining about his business.

I need communists of the coli to come up with a new angle. This ain't it.

right on cue someone :cape: for billionaires
:mjlol:

The “nobody is holding a gun to his head” angle is idiotic for obvious reasons, but I’m sure you’ll find a way to justify the readily available and documented hellish working conditions and lack of breaks, benefits and whatever else you will defend a billionaire from withholding from their employees because “nobody is forcing them”

you dumb fukkin idiot. No offense :heh:

Never worked flipping burgers in my youth, but did alot of factory work, warehouse jobs and assembly line shyt.
That is very much unskilled labor
I would assume that flipping burgers is harder actually because of the speed at breakfsat and lunch times at fast food joints.

Y'all do realize that the reason why a lot of these billionaires are as rich as they are as because we can't control our spending?

Let's say the minimum wage goes to $30 per hour. I can guarantee you won't be able to find a one-bedroom apartment 4 under 2500 - 3000. People are just going to be spending more.
