On paper yes but the improvement Russell showing may have never happened while in LA. Lakers was bullshytting from jump with him.

Maybe so, I think it may have happened naturally since we would’ve finally put him in a more natural spot at the 2. I think one of the biggest issues is we tried to make him something that he wasn’t. Russell would’ve gotten better with the added year of experience plus he could’ve played more off ball and focus on scoring and making plays when necessary.

For the record I still think Zo can be a player he’s just gonna need a lot of work, I just feel like snitching aside DLo was totally mishandled from jump and got a raw deal. He should’ve at least got a chance plus his experience and scoring would’ve meshed well with Zo’s selfless style.

Gonna need footage on that one breh. Curry"s release has been lightening quick since Davidson. He did change his shot but that was the year before he got to college

He can change his shot over time as long as he puts in the work, his problem is that he cannot go to his right and shoot off the bounce effectively. His first shot attempt last night was actually an off the dribble shot going to his right and it didn't look that bad, no hitch or anything, but the 2nd shot he took going to his right was so slow and it got blocked because he had to pause and start the windup to bring the ball up across his face.

The guy most people don't know that changed his shot is Curry, he used to have a slower release that was up higher above his head. He since turned it into a 1 motion shot that is basically starting it's flight out the second it gets to eye level.

This is fox news-esque spin my nikka :dead:

Curry's jump shot is damn near the same since his time at davidson. Maybe a little faster here and there but most guys jumpers change a little bit after years in the league. But best believe it's 99% the same it was back in college. His quick release and range is what got him drafted in the lottery. What your probably referring to is a story ESPN ran on Curry's up bringing. Curry said that his dad told him if you wanna play in the league your gonna have to shoot above your head and redo your jumper but this was way back when he was in Junior high or something. You can even look up Curry high school tapes dude shoots the same way he does now. Lonzo gonna have to redo everything and I mean everything on his jumper and he has to do it at the highest level which will be tough.

Not footage of his old shot but Curry talking about revamping it.

I think he changed it in highschool. He already had a elite shooter in his dad letting him know his shyt wouldn't work in the pros or college.
