And it's shyt like that that always leaves some kind of thought to wonder if the fix is in. Because a lot of this shyt DEFIES football logic. You have Marshawn Lynch ready to go at the damn goal line yet you wanna throw risky passes? You have your foot on the Pats neck yet you don't burn damn near every last second of the play clock?

I don't get it. You could throw non footballs fans in the OC spot and they will be like "run that shyt until there's 0 seconds left in the game"

:wow:

I legit think they were worried Freeman was gon win MVP over Matt. Or at least wanted to put the game in the MVP's hands. No reason for him to only have 11 carries.

Atlanta barely had the ball

fukk outta here. The NFL is about winning. Part of that is knowing when to use the clock to your advantage.
The other part of winning, the most important part, is playing defense.

Nikkas crying about clock management lol

There's two sides to the coin. Let's be honest, there's VERY few QBs who could have pulled the Patriots back from that deficit. I'm talking like only Brady, Montana...I'm not even sure if Peyton would habe the balls to drop 25 straight in a Superbowl

Yeah, the falcons definitely made some questionable decisions, but lets not take away from bradies incredible rally. I think that game was more of a testament to just how good brady is rather than how hard the falcons choked.

Didn't Ryan still have a perfect passer rating midway 4th quarter?

Can't blame them for throwing.. Matty Ice just botched it when it mattered most.

How do you lose that lead!!!:damn:

No. You run the ball when you're trying to kill the clock and have a massive lead. No reason to be throwing with a 16+ point lead or with an 8 point lead and in field goal range and 4 minutes left. Then the defense gave up 31 points in its final 5 drives, allowing New England to go 4 for 4 in the red zone and giving up a pair of conversions too. This loss above all others goes on the defense and coaching staff for turning in a performance even Dean Pees and his defense wouldn't give in that situation, and he's the guy who called a run blitz against Eli manning in a clear passing down with the super bowl and an undefeated season at stake.

They were up 28-3 clown.

You a Basic
And you are clueless
They were up 28-3 and then did nothing on offense but go 3 and out and turn the ball over. Defense isn't the teams strength, and most defenses aren't going to hold Brady but for so long... offense has to do their part and eat clock instead of keep putting your defense on the field after 3 minutes of rest
Tom Brady had more pass attempts (63) than the Falcons offense had plays run in the game (46)

Too aggressive or not aggressive enough

It's lose lose when you lose, regardless
