What do you guys end up doing? Same routine you had in mind going into the lift or do you switch it up and try something else? Do you take a week off?

I felt drained and empty today. Not sure why. I've been going hard the last few weeks though. Maybe I'm just spent.

If I'm already there I try to make it a high intensity short session.

If I'm at home I will just skip it and sleep later.

It depends on the person. Personally I just gut it out and do my usual workout. How many rest days do you usually have? I usually have 1 a week. 2 depending on how busy my life gets. Just make sure you are getting the right amount of sleep and eating enough.

I try and work out 4-5 times during the week. Weekends off for me.

I sleep 8 hours a night, consistently.

I would say puff weed but that wild cliche , but beside that I usually hit some push-ups , that tends to boost my mood when I'm feelin vague .
