Those who don't smoke or drink how do y'all do it?

Even as a kid I never let anyone pressure me into smoking or drinking. I allowed peer pressure to affect the way I dressed in regards to name brand clothing but never allowed it to affect me indulging in substances.

Never smoked or drank a day in my life; I think smoking's awful for your health, and while I have nothing against drinking I just have the interest to do it. It's hilarious to me how folks can sometimes get super defensive if you're out in a social setting and you refuse to drink tho. Grown adults sideye-ing you or flat out cranking the peer pressure up to 11. I respect your choices, you respect mine.

But it's stupid as hell to think people that don't smoke nor drink are lames or whatever, to each his own. Having said that, some non-smokers and non-drinkers also act holier-than-thou, so...

You can't make a claim and not back it up. You failed when you mentioned great thinkers who were drinkers so what is it now? A person who doesn't drink has his thoughts in order and maintains the chemical balance in his or her brain. Sleep, mood, memory, money and time is now more improved to you so explain to me how drinking has a net benefit? Socially I can give you that but the cons outweigh the benefits my g just keep it 100.
