OKC are 29th in 3 pt%, 26th in made ones.

I'd give that Grizzlies team the edge :patrice:
but you said "You not winning on a high level without great shooting tho "

24th in 3 point% and dead last in 3 pointers made per game is not great shooting by any means and they won 56 games and made the WCF.

i'm taking defense over shooting if i have to pick between the 2.

This is almost like the time the Rockets benched that flopping, flailing fukkhead Heliflopter for the 4th quarter of an elimination game down 19, then outscored the Clipers by 31 points in one quarter. The only difference being instead of it being a meaningless regular season game against a non-playoff team, it was a playoff game against a playoff team with the entire season on the line. Maybe they should've just waived Flopter after that game. They clearly were a much better team without him. Probably would've won more than one game against the Warriors in the next round.

:manny:

:russell: @ this false equivalency.

No one was saying that Rockets team was full of D-Leaguers outside of Harden.

Also fails to account for Harden 31, 8, and 7 in game 7, like the season was any less on the line then.. :heh:

You're Harden hate mantra is getting old..

You're not even gonna wish AIDS, cancer, and death on him as per usual?:ld:

Is the disparity between Houston's absurd 3 point shooting and OKC's shooting nearly as great as what the Grizzlies faced back in 2013 tho? :comeon:

I mean we gotta put this shyt into context. We haven't seen this many shots let off on nikkas since Denzel at the end of Training Day. shyt is retarded how The Rockets are shooting

I called it a false equivalency myself. The Harden example might actually mean something. Try again.

The Harden example means nothing outside of you rehashing irrational hatred.

Curry had Klay save his entire season last year game 6 against OKC.

I don't hear your swine ass squealing from the rooftops about that one for some reason tho:DKMJPLS:

they're only 15th in the league in 3 point percentage. it's just that they take so many.

at times they shoot themselves out of games or blow leads because they can't defend when their shot isn't falling which will ultimately be their demise in the playoffs.

Houston and OKC both have fatal flaws in their current state that's why they ain't real title contenders.

All I know is that Houston is a bad mismatch for OKC.

the thunder matchup well against the rockets despite the season series imo. :manny:

roberson defends harden well, their bigs give the rockets bigs problems, and the rockets have been shooting like shyt latey (gordon is shooting 26% from 3 in april).

i still got the rockets in 6 tho.

Yes, it's different because the narrative is that Harden has great role players and Westbrook has guys that are lucky to not be in the D-League.:pachaha:

It doesn't go against that narrative that Harden's role players could win a game against the 2nd worst team in the league without him.

The Suns also held out 3 vets (Bledsoe, Chandler, Knight) in that game vs. Minny playing all of theirs last night.

That's why you don't get caught up in narratives :manny:

Narratives are why you keep saying dumb shyt about how many uncontested rebounds a guy is getting while ignoring that your guy is grabbing a bunch of those too. Narratives are why you keep talking about how many shots Russy/Harden contests because you're looking at a number on a screen without any of the context behind those numbers. Narrative is looking back at predictions from before the season & treating them like they matter when they really don't 82 games later :manny:
