PG was on fire earlier this year. Shooting lights out from 3 and playing stellar defense. He only tapered off at the end when his shot went away for a couple weeks and he had to cover for Russ/Melos shyttiness on the perimeter. He’s fine. The problem is Melo doesn’t mesh well and takes away from PG, especially at the end of games. Plus his last year leaves them with no options for pieces to place around them. It will be hilarious to see how Donovan approaches him next year

Why are people so sure PG is leaving? This game clearly displays he’s not a number 1 option nor is he comfortable even attempting to be. Why go to LA and waste time missing the playoffs? Run it back in OKC, wait till Melo off the books so you have more cap flexibility to get bench help/Klay

Facts. This year was a trainwreck, but when PG and Russ have it clicking, its dynamite. Then Roberson comes back and you get that anchor that can shut folks like Mitchell out. PG would be a damn fool to leave OKC unless he getting a call from a contender in the offseason.

Coach Donovan might have to bounce, though. Team runs no plays. This very same group could fukk around and win 55+ next year.
