Who in the South was bigger than TI before he got locked up? It wasn't Ross I know that for sure. Jeezy is the only one I can think of that was a contender. Not including Wayne of course.

TI is not seeing Face,Outkast, UGK, or 8ball & MJG

To be honest, he doesnt have the classic Songs or verse that can stand the test of time like the others I mentioned

He is better with his technique but he doesn't say anything. Face on This Can't Be Life wasn't worth shyt technique wise but it was still more powerful than anything TI has ever wrote

After Paper Trail, TI was huge. Not sayin that the reason he fell off was because he got locked up but it didn't help him like it has done others. In fact other than Pac what rapper was really helped by going to jail. Wayne sold albums but his lyrics fell off even more than before.
