facts. that's a prosecutable offense (worst case scenario). this is the internet age - everything can be verified with a click or program that enables information tracking from various types of databases.

ITT Tech. Friend went, but didn't graduate. Told employer he did and now they're asking for proof.

I think he got a machine operator position, its not even a it job. They just required 45 tech credits.

Suggestions?

The tip you posted is for increasing your chances of GETTING and interview. This is different from tips for BEING in an interview.

It is extremely difficult get a decent job these days. My advice to people when job hunting is to focus on getting the interview. Once you get the interview, then you shift your focus to getting the job. I don’t think people realize how hard it is just to land the interview.

Now if you have landed an interview, the number one tip I can give, although generic, is to have extreme confidence. Like however confident you are, double that shyt. You walk in that bytch with the mindframe of the interview being a formality cause you know you got that shyt. Confidence is something that people can sense in you, lack of confidence as well. You can make some people uncomfortable with your confidence, which brings me to my nex tip.

Don’t ever be uncomfortable or nervous in an interview. They called you, you ain’t call them. I make it a point to ask some questions that are so left field or tough for them to answer, that the interviewer becomes uncomfortable. Like nikka you will be nervous in this bytch, I’m not nervous.

It’s infinite tips I can give but this will be my last one. If you don’t have options, make it seem like you do. Please do not go in an interview acting desperate for the job, even though that may reall be your situation. It’s a turn off to the employer. Plus everyone wants someone with options. The job I have now, I told them nikkas I had 2 offers on the table so I would need to know something from them within one week. Them fools called me like 3 days later saying they have a pretty good offer for me. The recruiter told me that they upped the offer cause I had other offers. nikka I had zero other offers. Its a game out here

Steal a really good one, tailor that shyt yourself, and get on Indeed and just run through dropping them bytches.

Ok i'm not ashamed to admit that this took me a full 2 or 3 minutes to get. I get it now, but for a bit i was puzzled trying to figure out if i paste one of my past jobs and which one, and then i got it. This is a brilliant idea really.

I think your friend may actually have a technicality as an excuse to get out of that... I'm checking into an issue. When was your friend enrolled in the school? What time period? Let me know that and I can tell you for sure.

The reason why I say that- ITT had been the subject of legal/fraud investigations and government oversight. They ceased operations in 2016.

I always thought this was common knowledge.

But yes, this 100% works

Usually I would agree, but its competitive as hell out here.

I didn't know about ATS until I started looking for IT jobs.

You can copy and paste keywords and dabble it around your resume.

Much safer I think.
