What keeps you up? Are you on your phone or watching TV? If so, maybe use sleep timers on your devices. I've read that the blue light from screens can make it much harder to get to bed.
Wake up earlier. After 11am, don't consume any caffeine. Take some CBD oil about an hour before you want to go to bed. Read a book. If you're going to watch something on TV, watch something relaxing, and turn down the brightness. I'll put on some random shyt, like a Japanese chef making fried rice. Or Bob Ross. I'm knocked out in like 10-15 minutes.
If we being real, this is the best and only answer. I wanna stay up and not nap to accomplish this but I always say fukk it and let the cycle continue.
