Tips to get to bed earlier?

Don't eat to late.
Only drink water after a certain time.
No phone or TV after a certain time.
Strech before you sleep.
Light excersize makes it easier to get up in the morning.

I usually wake up an hour before my alarm and just lay in bed till it goes off.

Try black seed oil. (read up about it before you take it, I think it helps me sleep better when I remember to take it.)

Work really hard or go to the gym after work, then get to bed by 9 every night.

Take some Advil on in the first couple of days.

Don’t take your phone or laptop to bed with you
Y'all have good intentions but OP only take this stuff when actually dealing with the symptoms they call for. These products aren't originally to sleep. Stay safe with melatonin.

Besides that OP. If you have an android use the app called blue light filter nightmode or Apple's store highest rated equivalent. That don't mean keep shyt posting on the coli at night hoping you get sleepy. It's 50/50 but this forum is too engaging.

I'd use a sleep timer app too besides blue light filter app when on the phone in bed otherwise I'm stopped by the 4:30am coli servers break most of the time.

If you like to Netflix or YouTube at night before bed. Put a limit, to the point you'll get enough sleep when you're done.

When done with screens and brushing your teeth or whatever.

Sit down and read a physical book or if you own a Kindle white paper e-reader use that. You can even doodle or free write/journal if that's your thing. Keep it light and fun.

No more phone or tablet. Definitely avoid naps in the day.

I guess it's safe, I'd stick to the adult melatonin gummies. Even those are for occasional use too. Not every night. Unless you snuggling with shorty on a lazy morning in the weekend or whatever. After a good sleep, get your ass out the bed.

I can't sleep until at least 4am...i get up for work at 8am.... For years 4 hours of sleep is all I need to be re-energized.... :manny:

have a bad bytch laying in bed spread eagle at 8PM

this will get you to bed earlier, but you wont fall asleep until many hours later tho
